Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Agreement

By accessing Wallalphacoder websites, calculators, converters, utilities, category desks, or related pages, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms work together with the Privacy Policy.

Wallalphacoder provides general-purpose educational and planning tools. The interface is intentionally simple: enter inputs, read outputs, move on. That simplicity does not expand the legal scope of what the outputs mean.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the public pages for personal or internal business planning, education, and evaluation. You may not resell the site as a hosted service, mirror it in a way that confuses brand ownership, or scrape at volumes that degrade availability for others.

No professional advice

Outputs are not legal, medical, engineering, tax, investment, or financial advice. Mortgage, loan, dividend, tax, BMI, dosage, and similar desks are educational estimators. Verify critical decisions with a qualified professional and with primary documents (loan disclosures, clinician guidance, building codes, tax authorities).

Examples on pages use round numbers to teach a method. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, dose, build, or diagnose.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or break authentication or hosting controls
  • Do not misuse educational dosage or health helpers as clinical prescribing tools
  • Do not upload malware, or use the contact channels to abuse staff or other users
  • Do not present Wallalphacoder outputs as certified measurements when a regulated process requires calibrated instruments or signed worksheets

Intellectual property

Site design, original copy, branding, and unique tool explanations are owned by Wallalphacoder unless otherwise noted. Third-party libraries (for example Bootstrap) remain under their own licenses. You may quote short excerpts with attribution for review or education; you may not copy the site wholesale.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep formulas and copy correct, but we do not warrant that every page is error-free or always online. Floating-point math, browser differences, and outdated bookmarks can produce unexpected results. If something looks wrong, tell us through Contact with the URL and inputs.

Features may change, move, or retire. Clean URLs are a goal, not an eternal guarantee for every experimental path.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wallalphacoder and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or reliance on outputs. The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose where disclaimers are allowed.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wallalphacoder from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your use of outputs in regulated contexts without appropriate professional review.

Third-party links and CDNs

Pages may link to other sites or load assets from CDNs. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or uptime. Review third-party terms before relying on them.

Termination

We may block access for abuse, legal risk, or operational need. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operators of Wallalphacoder, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere, except where mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms and Conditions. The "Last updated" date changes when we publish material revisions. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Examples of permitted and prohibited reliance

Permitted: using a percentage calculator to check homework, using a loan payment estimator to prepare questions for a lender, using a color chart to draft CSS variables, using a word counter to stay under an editorial limit.

Prohibited or unwise without extra review: treating a BMI result as a diagnosis, treating a research dosage helper as a prescription, treating a mortgage affordability estimate as a binding underwriting decision, presenting a wind-chill number as a certified weather service product when a formal process requires an official source.

If a page includes an educational disclaimer, that disclaimer is part of these terms. Ignoring it does not create a warranty.

User content and feedback

Feedback you send may be used to fix bugs, clarify copy, or prioritize rebuilds. You grant Wallalphacoder a license to use non-confidential feedback for those purposes. Do not submit content you do not have rights to share.

Public comments, if ever enabled, must stay lawful and respectful. We may remove abusive material. Do not use contact channels to harass staff or other users.

Service changes and archives

Tools may be renamed, merged, or retired. We try to keep redirects for popular URLs, but you should not build irreversible business processes that depend on an unpaid static page remaining forever identical. Export or screenshot results you need for your own records.

Blog posts and category hubs are editorial aids. They do not expand warranties beyond these terms. When a formula changes, re-check bookmarked results instead of assuming last month's number still applies.

Severability and entire agreement

If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of later enforcement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement for site use unless a separate written contract says otherwise.
